COINS Mail Assistant

Direction:Both

The COINS Mail Assistant is a free Outlook add-in from COINS that uploads sent and received emails into the COINS ERP system as project correspondence, and reads back the other way — surfacing key COINS record information about the message's sender and recipients inside the mail item. Requires a COINS user account with Mail Assistant access granted by the firm's COINS administrator.
