How Microsoft Outlook and Oracle Aconex exchange data

Aconex for Outlook is Oracle's Outlook add-in for Aconex — "Aconex Mail, fully integrated with Outlook". Users send, read and reply to project mail from inside Outlook, attach documents held in the Aconex register to outgoing mail, and register existing Outlook emails into the Aconex project record so correspondence is captured in the controlled project record rather than a personal mailbox. Bidirectional: Outlook messages are filed into Aconex Mail, and Aconex project mail is read and answered in Outlook.
