How Newforma and Microsoft Outlook exchange data

The Newforma Outlook Add-in lets AEC project teams file Outlook emails (and attachments) directly into Newforma Project Center / Newforma Konekt as project records, and file an email as an incoming RFI, submittal, or action item — Newforma automatically extracts subject/body/sender to generate the record. Direction is Outlook → Newforma (email correspondence captured into the project information management system).
