Aconex for Outlook is Oracle's Outlook add-in for the high-compliance (FedRAMP / DISA IL4) Aconex instance — "Aconex Mail, fully integrated with Outlook". Users send, read and reply to project mail from inside Outlook, and register existing Outlook emails into the Aconex project record so correspondence lands in the controlled document/mail register rather than a personal mailbox. Bidirectional: Outlook messages are filed into Aconex Mail, and Aconex project mail is read and answered in Outlook.
