The QuickBooks Web Connector runs alongside QuickBooks Desktop and syncs every 30 minutes: Members become Raken Workers, Customers & Jobs become Raken Projects, Payroll Items become Pay Types and Service Items become Cost Codes — all QuickBooks → Raken. Completed time cards are selected in Raken Timesheets and picked up by the Web Connector on its next run for posting into QuickBooks Desktop.
