Invoices, payments (including Service Plan payments), new customer records and new Price Book items sync automatically from Housecall Pro to QuickBooks Online, with a manual push available when a record needs forcing over. At connection time the flow runs the other way: customers, tax rates, historical invoices, products, services, income accounts and QBO Classes (landing as Business Units in Housecall Pro) import into Housecall Pro. Requires a Housecall Pro Essentials or MAX plan and one of four QBO plans.
