OpenGov Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is a cloud-based operations and infrastructure lifecycle platform for US state and local governments — formerly Cartegraph OMS, acquired by OpenGov in 2022. It enables public works, utilities, parks, and facilities departments to manage tens of millions of infrastructure assets (roads, water/wastewater, parks, fleet, facilities) through integrated work-order scheduling, condition tracking, capital planning, and mobile field tools. Built on Esri ArcGIS for live asset mapping, it sits within the OpenGov Public Service Platform alongside ERP, permitting, and budgeting modules.
