How Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Excel exchange data

We haven’t listed the types of data yet

The direction is shown below. The types of data aren’t listed yet.

Revit Export Schedules → CSV/delimited (Excel)

→Sends to Microsoft Excel

Autodesk Revit has a native built-in feature (File → Export → Reports → Schedules) that exports schedule data to a CSV (comma-delimited) or TXT (tab-delimited) file, which opens/imports directly into Microsoft Excel. Exports schedule/quantity data from the Revit model. Native export is one-way (Revit → Excel); round-trip editing back into Revit requires a third-party add-in (e.g. Ideate BIMLink, DiRoots). Direction: Revit → Excel.
