How claiming works
Find your product
Start your claim, then search for your product or your company.
Claim the listing
Claiming is free. We set up your account when we approve your claim.
We review it
Generally within two days. We email you the result either way.
What changes when you claim
Buyers compare your integrations on your listing, whether or not you wrote it. Until you claim it, they are reading our account of your public pages. Every listing says who keeps it current.
Before you claim
AEC Integrations maintained We wrote it from what we could find. Buyers cannot tell whether anything is missing or out of date.
Once you claim and update it
Vendor maintained · Updated October 12, 2026 Save a change, or confirm a page is right, and the label moves to your company with the date. Buyers can see you stand behind it, and when you last checked.
What a free claim gets you
Everything here is on the free plan. Invite colleagues to share the work: each person gets their own seat
Your listing, in your words
Buyers read a page your team wrote, marked "Vendor maintained" with the date you last checked it. Keep the description, website, logo and categories current. Your checklists(opens in a new tab) show what to fill in first.Your integrations, owned by you
The person setting up your integration on a project gets your guide from the integration page, not a support ticket. Claim the integrations your company builds, and add your setup guide to any integration with your product. Buyers see who maintains each one. If a partner's listing describes your integration wrongly, you can contest it.A complete listing, at no cost
A complete listing matches more searches and wins ties. When two listings match a search about equally well, the more complete one comes first. Every field that counts is free to fill in, and the rule is the same for every listing, whatever its plan.
What Managed adds
Managed is for products that need more than a corrected listing: your own account of what the product does on a project, who it is for, and how its integrations move data.
$25 a month per product, or $250 a year, billed by invoice or purchase order.
How teams use it
Describe, in your own words, the work your product does on a real project. Buyers judge fit by the job it does, not a feature list, and the people who will use it can picture it on their own project.Trades, audiences and phases
Set who each product is for and when in a project it is used, rather than leave it to our reading of public sources. Buyers browsing a trade, audience or phase page, or filtering a search by one, find the products tagged with it. An MEP contractor filtering by trade sees the tools built for that trade.Learn more: Trades, audiences and phases
(opens in a new tab) Integration detail buyers can check
Link evaluators to your integrations page and API docs. Confirm which data each integration moves, and your answer counts the same as your partner's. Buyers can check what an integration syncs before they rely on it for a project. See Attesting an integration(opens in a new tab) .Learn more: Integration detail buyers can check
(opens in a new tab) Review replies
Reply to reviews of your products, so buyers see your side and how you handle a problem. Someone weighing a critical review reads your answer beside it. Every reply is reviewed before it goes live, so buyers read it as part of the record, not a comment thread.

How listings are sorted
Every listing is sorted the same way: how well it matches the search, then how complete it is. Your plan is not part of that.
That is why buyers trust what they find here, and why a claimed, complete listing is worth more than a paid one that is not. Paying changes what you can say. It never changes where you appear, whether a review is published, or how an agreement label is worked out.
Coming soon
Not available yetIs the listing working for you? Performance reporting is coming to Managed. It will show how many people view your product and integration pages, how many click through to your website and docs, and how often search engines and AI assistants visit, with a monthly report you can download and share with your team. It reports attention only, and never changes where you rank or appear.
Questions vendors ask
Who can claim a listing?
Anyone who works at the company that makes the product. Claiming is free, and you do not need an account to start: we set up yours when we approve the claim. A claim on a product is a claim on the company that makes it, and the seat covers the whole company account. See Claiming your vendor listing
How long does approval take?
Generally within 48 hours. A person at AEC Integrations reviews every claim and emails the result to the address you gave.
We make several products. Do we claim each one?
No. One claim gives you a seat on your company's account, and it covers every product your company makes. Plans are priced per product. Tell us which products you want on Managed, and we'll set it up with you.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. We bill paid plans by invoice or purchase order. Free plans require neither.
What happens when a Managed plan ends?
Your company moves to the free plan. Your seats, sign-in and portal stay. Nothing you entered is removed, and your listings stay published. What Managed adds becomes read-only. See when a Managed plan ends
Does paying affect our reviews or where we rank?
No. Every listing is sorted the same way on every plan. Your plan never decides whether a review is published or removed, whether a listing exists, or how an agreement label is worked out. See How ranking works
