Requests and corrections

How to ask for a missing integration or correct a listing, at no charge and with no account.

Last updated 12 October 2026

Anyone can ask us to add something or fix something. It is free. It needs no account, only an email address so we can reply.

Request a missing integration

If an integration you rely on is not listed, tell us through Suggest a correction on either product's page, or by email. Say which two products it connects and, where you can, link a public page that describes it. We add an integration only when both of its products are listed.

Correct a listing

Every product and vendor page has a Suggest a correction button. Tell us:

  • what is wrong,
  • what it should say, and
  • a public source, where you have one.

We check it against public sources and update the listing where the evidence supports it. We may decline or hold a request we cannot verify. You can also email support@aecintegrations.com.

If the integration has been claimed by its owner, the owner keeps its details and our catalogue updates no longer reach it. Send us the correction anyway. We check it against public sources. If it holds up, we ask the owner to change it. The owner decides.

If you work at a vendor at one end of the integration, you ask to change a detail from the vendor portal. The For vendors guide covers it, under Contests and protests.

Reviews are separate

A concern about a review, not a listing, goes to support@aecintegrations.com under the Review Guidelines.
