Your change history

Where to see every change to your company, products, integrations and seats, who made it, and why AEC Integrations changed something.

Last updated 9 October 2026

The vendor portal keeps a record of every change to your listing. It shows what changed, when, and who made the change. When AEC Integrations changes something you hold, it shows our reason.

Where to find it

In the vendor portal, choose Changes in the top row. Every plan has it, Free and Managed alike.

What each row shows

Each row is one change, newest first. It shows:

  • What happened, in plain words. For example, "Product listing updated" or "Integration retired".
  • What it was about. The company, product or integration the change touched, by its current name.
  • When. The date and time of the change, in your own time zone. The zone is named after the time.
  • By. Who made it: Your team, AEC Integrations, or System. System means an automatic process, such as a plan reminder or a contest that closed with no answer.
  • Changed. The names of the fields that changed, when there were any. The list shows which fields changed, not their old or new values.
  • Plan at the time. Your plan when the change was made, Free or Managed.

When AEC Integrations changes something you hold, the row can show a reason headed Our reason. That is the reason we wrote for you. Some of our changes carry no reason for you, and their rows show none.

Filter the list

Use the buttons above the list:

  • All changes shows everything.
  • Your team's edits shows changes a person on your team made from their seat.
  • Changes by AEC Integrations shows changes an admin on our team made.

The filter goes by who made the change, not by what changed. If one of our admins edits your product listing, that row shows under Changes by AEC Integrations. Changes made by an automatic process have no person behind them, so they show under All changes only.

Download a copy

Choose Download CSV to save the list as a spreadsheet file. It uses the filter you picked. One file holds up to 10,000 rows.

What the list does not include

The list starts when change history began. Changes made before then are not listed.

The list does not include messages we sent you. Those are under Messages.

Search follow-up

On Managed, when your team changes a public page, we tell search engines about it. Under the change, Search follow-up lists each page it touched and what we did, with the date and time:

  • IndexNow (Bing and others). We send changed pages to IndexNow once a day. A page shows Queued for the next daily send, then Submitted once IndexNow accepts it. If IndexNow refuses it or does not answer, the page shows Submission failed with the reason, and whether we will try again at the next daily send.
  • Google. Google takes no automatic notice, so an AEC Integrations admin asks Google to re-crawl pages by hand in Search Console. A page shows Queued for a Google re-crawl request while it waits. It shows Re-crawl requested in Google Search Console only when the admin recorded that they made the request.

If a page was sent more than once, it shows one line with where it stands now.

On Free, a change to your listing shows No expedited search submission. Sending changed pages to search engines is part of Managed. Search engines still find the change on their own schedule.

Changes made before search follow-up began, and changes that touch no public page, show no search follow-up.

Search engines control crawling and indexing

A change here is a change to your listing on AEC Integrations. "Submitted" and "requested" mean we told a search engine about the change. Search engines decide when they crawl your pages and what they show in their results. The list makes no promise about search results.
