About

FloQast is month-end close and accounting-operations software. It pulls trial balances and transactions from the general ledger to automate account reconciliations, flux analysis, close checklists and journal entries, and it manages SOX controls and audit evidence. It runs on top of the ERP a finance team already has, such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Workday or Xero.

  • Controllers run the month-end close checklist in FloQast, with each task tied to the reconciliation workbook it signs off.
  • Reconciliations pull the latest balances from NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central, SAP, Workday or Xero and flag any change after sign-off.
  • Journal entries are prepared and approved in FloQast, then posted back to NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online or Workday.
  • SOX controls, risk control matrices and audit evidence are kept in one workspace that auditors can read directly.

  • CFOs and chief accounting officers see close progress and days-to-close across every entity on close analytics dashboards.
